How Can I Give a User Access to Service Writer Training?

If you have a Service Writer Training subscription and you'd like to have a new employee access it you would need to add them as a User in Retention Pro first.

Once a new User is added as a User in Retention Pro they will be able to access the Service Writer Training on the left side menu under Service or, if it is a User with the technician role, they can log in with their Retention Pro credentials at Servicewritertraining.com
