How Can I Delete A Card?
When you add a new card in Retention Pro the previous card is not automatically removed.
You will not be able to delete the previous card from your end.
To delete a card that is currently on file please call 610-400-1019 or 833-676-4357 for Customer Support. You can also use the Help option at the top of your screen and submit a request so we can delete it for you.
You will first want to add the new card, then contact us to remove the previous card(s). Please note that you will still be able to see deleted cards on file for reference but they will not be active.
