How Can I Delete A Card?

When you add a new card in Retention Pro the previous card is not automatically removed.

You will not be able to delete the previous card from your end.

To delete a card that is currently on file please call 833-676-4357 for Customer Support or use the Support option at the top of your screen and submit a request so we can delete it for you. 

You will first want to add the new card, then contact us to remove the previous card(s). Please note that you will still be able to see deleted cards on file for reference but they will not be active.
