Hide Description on the Main Page

How to hide the Description on the main page in Pit Stop (Shop Website) using Account Manager

How To

1. Log into your Account Management Portal - Click here for steps to log in

2. From the Dashboard (initial login screen) 

   1. Select the Settings option from the top right of page

      1. On the left of the page under the Pit Stop heading

         1. Select General Information

         2. From the website diagram page we can see a site map with solid blue circles which have a number assigned to them

            1. Each number corresponds with a different customizable section on your shop's website

            2. The number 1 - corresponds with your Shop Name

            3. The number 2 - corresponds with your Shop Short Slogan

            4. The number 3 - gives a brief Description

            5. The number 4 - Is your shops Logo

            6. Other Notable Non Numbered Customizable Features on this page:

               1. We can change the theme color

               2. Add Google Analytics Tracking ID

               3. Add Google Site verification ID

               4. We can take website Offline temporarily

               5. We can hide the Description on Main Page

         3. To Hide the Description on the Main Page

            1. Find the checkbox located next to the Hide Description on Main Page  

            2. Select checkbox to Hide Description the on the Main Page - number 3 on the website diagram

            3. Select the Check mark in the blue circle at the bottom of the page to save your changes

3. Proceed to your shop's website to verify Changes
