      Fit Workflow View to a Single Screen

      How to fit the workflow view on a single screen in Workflow Manager View

      Things To Note

      • Combining the flexibility and power of Mobile Manager with the simplicity of Workflow Manager will change the dynamic flow of your shop. 

      • Each tablet is assigned to a specific user, so technicians can upload a photo of themselves using the tablet camera. This allows identification and fosters trust between technicians and customers.  This automatically adds the technician picture to their row on the Workflow display.

      • The total hours that appear at the far left of the workflow window come from the total time on all the repairs that the tech is assigned to.

      How To

      1. Open your Report Pro software

      2. Select the Workflow tab at the bottom of your Report Pro software

      3. From the Workflow Manager

        1. The ability to zoom in and zoom out of your workflow screen is always available. 

          1. Hold down the Control (Ctrl) key on your keyboard and spin the wheel on your mouse to magnify or reduce your overall view.
