Exporting Reviews from Retention Pro

Reviews can be exported from Retention Pro in either a JSON or XML file format.

To export a listing of reviews, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Reviews page in Retention Pro by clicking on "Service" at the top of your screen, then selecting "Reviews" from the menu on the left side.

Then, at the upper right click the "Setup" button. This will take you to the review setup page.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and right below the code section you will find Your Review Data.

From there you have the option to use whichever format works best for you, JSON or XML. In order to save either file, right click it, then click on “Save link as…”
