How To Export

  1. From Report Pro select Customize and then choose Multipoint Inspection

    1. Select the Inspection Title you would like to Export

    2. Select the Export button in the Ribbon
      -a Windows File Explorer window opens

    3. Navigate to the location where you would like to save the Export

    4. Select the Save button
      **Remember the location that you saved it to.

Ways To Share The Template

  • Email it as an attachment

  • Transfer it through an Instant Messaging program

  • Copy it to a thumb drive and take it to their computer

How To Import

  1. From Report Pro select Customize and then choose Multipoint Inspection

    1. Select the Import button in the Ribbon
      -a Windows File Explorer window opens

    2. Navigate to the location that contains the template

    3. Select the template

      1. Select the Open button

      2. A message box will display “The inspection was successfully imported”

    4. Select OK
