Exclude Zero Dollar Orders in my Dashboard and Reports

How to include or exclude zero-dollar orders in My Dashboard Widgets/Charts

Things To Note

  • It may take up to 24 hours for your initial information to load to Account Manager from initial registry

  • When this is enabled orders with a total of $0 will not be included in the dashboard widgets/charts

How To

  1. Log into your Account Management Portal, Click here for steps to log in.

  2. Upon log in you will be directed to the Settings page.

    1. You can access the settings page at any time by clicking the 3 lines in the upper right.

  3. In the Dashboard section of Settings, select Dashboard General

  4. Select Don’t Include Zero Orders

    1. When this is enabled orders with a total of $0 will not be included in the dashboard widgets/charts

  5. Click the Check Mark in the blue circle at the bottom right to save changes
