      Establishing a connection with ShopMonkey

      This article is for connecting Retention Pro with the ShopMonkey system.

      Establishing a connection with ShopMonkey

      Shopemon-enable api

      • To setup up webhooks for live data, copy the URL displayed on the Data Source edit page in your CRM, and then navigate to the Webhooks section in ShopMonkey.

        • Example Webhook URL (Yours will be unique, this is just an example):

          • https://myshopmanager.com/webhooks/shopmonkeyapi/sync-data/12404

      • Set the name as MyShopManager Instant Sync and select Appointment, Order, Customer, Vehicle, and Users. Toggle on enable webhook, at the bottom, and then click Save

      • Finally navigate to your profile in Shop Monkey, copy and paste your API keys into the corresponding boxes in your Data Source edit page within your CRM, and then click [save and test keys]
