Establishing a connection with Protractor API

Email Protractor at support@protractor.com and request they generate the following, so you can establish a connection with Bolt On Retention Pro.

Connection ID

API Key
-
Authentication
-

In the same email, request that web-hooks be enabled with the following parameters.

Name: Vendor
-
Value: Bolt On Retention Pro
-
Name: Callback URL
-
Value: https://myshopmanager.com/webhooks/protractor/callback

Once Protractor responds with your information.

Navigate to your Protractor datasource edit screen.

Input your information into the corresponding fields.

Click [Save and Test].
