How to add a new batch of inspection stickers to MV-431

Things To Note

• Outdated versions of MV431 will not allow 11 digit sticker additions, you will need to update MV431 to fix this.

• The inspection counter should be set up to be continuous

• Only one click is needed to add; multiple button presses can create duplicate pages

• This process only needs to be done on one computer since all computers share the same MV431 database

How To

1. Open MV-431

   1. If there are no stickers left in the book, it will automatically open the Sticker Management menu to add more

2. Select 431 Management

   1. Select Sticker Mgmt

   2. Then select Book/Sticker Management

3. Enter the starting number in the batch

4. Tab to the ending number

   1. MV431 will autofill numbers until the last three

5. Inspection counter number can be determined by seeing the last page of the currently entered stickers

6. Inspection year should be the current year

7. Click Submit to add to book
