This article will guide you through how to enable and configure the Review Manager feature in Message Manager Pro

This feature is designed to allow you to request reviews from customers through Message Manager Pro

Review requests can be sent manually or automatically
- Review Manager is a part of Message Manager, this means Message Manager must remain open in order to send or receive reviews and review requests
- It is highly recommended that you reach out to customers that have submitted a negative review. This will not only give you a chance to fix the issue, but will decrease the odds that a customer will give you a negative review through other methods.
How To
- From Message Manager Pro

Select the Settings tab from the top menu

Click on the Reviews icon
- If you wish to use Review Manager click the "Enable" checkbox
- To use the Setup Wizard

- Click on the box labeled Setup Wizard at the top of this page
- A new window will appear with the text Review Manager Setup
- Click Next >
- This page will ask if your shop has a Google review page, select the bubble indicating Yes or No
- If you select No, you will not be able to use a Google review page for your Review Manager until you have set one up and added the information to Review Manager
- If you select Yes, the Setup Wizard will automatically try to find your shop’s Google review page based on your shop’s information in your Shop Management System
- Verify that this information is correct
- Click Next >
- This page will ask if your shop has a Facebook review page, select the bubble indicating Yes or No
- If you select No, you will not be able to use a Facebook review page for your Review Manager until you have set one up and added the information to Review Manager
- If you select Yes, the Setup Wizard will automatically try to find your shop’s Facebook review page based on your shop’s information in your Shop Management System
- Verify that this information is correct
- Click Next >
- The final page will appear, asking you to enter the Review Request message that will be sent to your customers
- You may either edit and customize this message or use the prebuilt one created by Bolt On Technology. This may also be accessed from the Review Manager settings page at any time
- Below that will be a checkbox to enable Auto Send Review Requests, you may access this now or again from the Review Manager settings page at any time
- When you are done, click on the Finish button in the bottom right corner
- You will now be back at the Review Manager settings page
- If you wish to make changes to your links or the outgoing message for Review Manager without using the Setup Wizard you can do so from the options on the Review Manager settings page.
- Click on the box labeled Setup Wizard at the top of this page

Click Save & Close in the left side menu to save your changes
