Enable Auto Responder in Message Manager Pro

This article will guide you through how to enable and configure the Auto Responder feature in Message Manager Pro

Things To Note

  • This feature sends an automated response to customers that text your shop after hours or on weekends and you can change the hours that the Auto Responder is active

  • These are sent through Message Manager Pro so it must always remain open on the host computer in order for the Auto Responder messages to be sent

  • The Auto Responder message is fully customizable and may include wildcards to pull customer information for a more personal message to your customer

How To

  1. From Message Manager Pro

    1. Select the Settings tab from the top menu

    2. Click on the General box

    3. Select the Auto Responder box on the left side of the menu

      1. Click on the Enable Auto Responder checkbox

      2. Ensure that the start and end times for the Auto Responder match times that you would like to have the auto responder replying to messages

      3. Edit the Auto Response Message to what you would like customers to receive

  2. Click Save & Close in the left side menu
