Enable Auto Responder in Message Manager Pro

This article will guide you through how to enable and configure the Auto Responder feature in Message Manager Pro

Things To Note

  • This feature is designed to send an automatic response to customers that may text your shop after hours and on weekends

  • These messages are sent through Message Manager Pro so it must always remain open on the host computer in order for the Auto Responder messages to be sent

  • You may change the hours in which the Auto Responder functions, but they cannot begin before 5:00PM or end after 8:00AM

  • The Auto Responder message is fully customizable and may include wildcards to pull specific customer information for a more personal message to your customer

How To

  1. From Message Manager Pro

    1. Select the Settings tab from the top menu

    2. Click on the General box

    3. Select the Auto Responder box on the left side of the menu

      1. Click on the Enable Auto Responder During After Hours checkbox

      2. Ensure that the start and end times for the Auto Responder match times that your shop will be closed

      3. Edit the Auto Response Message to what you would like customers to receive

  2. Click Save & Close
