The filters on a campaign are how you populate which customers the campaign will send to.
Email campaign filters will be very similar to text message campaign filters and they are as follows;
Basic Filters
Last Visit
Limit how long it's been since the customer's last visit to the shop was. Consider if you want it sent to anyone who has been in for work recently or if you don’t want it sent to customers who haven’t been in a long time.
Lifetime Visit Count
Limit how many times they should have visited before receiving the campaign, this can be useful in helping to omit customers that may have only been in once from a more targeted campaign to reach your best customers.
Average Spending Per Visit
Limit the average spending of the customer to be included in the campaign. This is the average across all repair orders for the customer. For example, if a customer comes in for a $300 repair and then again for a $40 oil change then their average spending per visit would be $170.
Additional Filters


Delay before sending to the same customer
Limit the campaign sending to the same customer in a certain amount of days. Can be useful if you want to send out a couple of blast style email campaigns in one week so you avoid sending them to the same customers.
Send to Business Addresses
This option lets you choose to include or omit business addresses you have listed in your customer base.
Campaign Filter
This will omit any customer that was previously sent a message from the selected campaign/s outside of the campaign you are currently sending from.
Source
Depending on your point of sale, you can filter customers via the source of the customer. I.E Walk In, AAA etc. For more information if we support sourcing for your point-of-Sale click here.
Distance from shop
Limit the campaign reach by miles. This is done by miles in a direct path to your shop as a radius and will vary from distance in driving directions. While the driving distance may be 20 miles, the direct path distance could be only 10 or 15 miles.
Min Spending on Last Repair Order
Limit the campaign to a minimum amount a customer spent only on the last repair order
Vehicle Make
Limit the campaign by make of vehicle - Will only INCLUDE the vehicle/s selected. Let’s say you want to target only customers who have either a Mercedes Benz or a BMW, then you would select those two in this filter and it will only populate customers with those vehicles.
