Edit NextGear Inspection Settings in the Account Management Portal

How To

1. Log into your Account Management Portal - Click here for steps to log in.

2. On the Settings page under the NextGear heading click on the Inspection option

   1. Inspection Labels

      1. From here you can edit the wording for Labels

         1. These are the labels your customers will see when viewing the inspection

   2. Learn More Videos

      1. When enabled, these videos automatically attach to the inspection and help educate customers about different vehicle systems.

   3. Inspection Branding

      1. This displays the XOXO Brand and copyright on inspections when they are sent to customers.

   4. Todays Work
      1. This will add the labor lines from the open work order to a new inspection

3. Click the Check mark in the blue circle at the bottom right hand corner to save changes.
