Download an Inspection from the Inspection Store

Things To Note

• Adding an Inspection from the store can save you time. 

• You can preview these Inspections before you download them and edit them however you see fit to make them your own.

How To

1. From Report Pro Software

   1. Select the Inspections tab from the bottom of Report Pro

   2. Select the Customize tab from the Report Pro header

      1. Select the Multipoint Inspection button

      2. From the Inspections pop-up window

         1. Select the Go to Store button on the Inspections window header

         2. From the Inspection Store pop-up window - You can sort the two columns by clicking on their header

         3. To preview an inspection simply click it

            1. The preview pop-up window will show all the groups and points contained within the inspection

            2. You can expand Group titles by clicking the plus sign next to it, if a minus sign is present you can collapse the Group Title to hide its contents

               1. Click on the plus symbol next to a point to show the canned notes and recommendations contained within that point

            3. To close the preview, select the button with two arrows at the top right of the Preview pop-up

         4. To download an inspection select the Download button on the Inspection Store pop-up window
