How to display and edit details in your Workflow Manager View from Report Pro

  • The integration between Workflow Manager and Mobile Manager is essential for displaying the jobs that have been completed, as technicians will mark them off on the tablet upon completion.

How To

  1. Open your Report Pro software

  2. Select the Workflow tab at the bottom of your Report Pro software

  3. From the Workflow Manager

    1. You can Double click the left mouse button on any customer tile

      1. You will see the ticket number and current cash value of the ticket. The customer’s name and vehicle info (including fleet number, VIN, and license plate) will also be visible.

      2. Opening this window allows you to scroll through the jobs on the ticket to see which ones the tech may have completed. At the bottom is a progress bar that represents how many of the jobs on the ticket are completed.

    2. You can Right click on a customer tile to:

      1. View inspection

      2. View invoice

      3. Send messages

      4. Print a lube sticker

      5. Send text to pay

      6. Change the tile color

    3. Click anywhere on the screen to close this window
