Delete Users/Employees

Things To Note

• You will not be able to delete a user if they do not have an email/phone number on their user profile.

How To

1. Open a web browser and go to nextgear.boltontechnology.com  

   1. This is the main log in page for the Next Gear application

   2. Enter your Cell Phone number into the text field with the mobile device icon

      1. Select the Send Access Code button

      2. You will receive an Access Code via text message and email to the phone number and account email that was provided

      3. Enter the Access code in the provided text field

      4. To stay logged into your account select the checkbox provided

      5. Select the Sign in button to proceed

         1. Select your shop location by selecting the corresponding button

         2. To Add a new location select the add location button

2. From the inspection view of the Next Gear application

   1. Select the Settings option from the top right of page (the gear icon)

      1. On the right of the page under the Account heading

         1. Select the USERS/EMPLOYEES  button

         2. On the Users/Employees page select the 3 dots next to the user you would like to delete

         3. From the pop up menu

            1. Select Delete

            2. From the Delete User pop up menu

               1. Select Yes to confirm deletion or No to cancel
