      Customize Vehicle History

      How to customize the vehicle history displayed on tech worksheets

      How To

      1. Open Report Pro

      2. Click the Customize tab

      3. Select Tech Worksheet

      4. Click the Vehicle History tab on the left hand side

        1. Maximum Amount of History to Display

          1. Choose how many years of history will show on the worksheet

        2. Group History By

          1. Choose which is most useful for your technicians

        3. Misc. Options

          1. Choose which options will help your technicians

            1. Only Show Most Recent Result In Each Category

              1. Selecting this option will only show the most recent date and miles for each category performed for that vehicle. This is a great option if your categories are structured well.

            2. Show ‘Service Not Performed' Where Applicable

              1. Selecting this option will display Service Not Performed under every category that has never been performed for that vehicle. May not be a good choice if your categories are abundant.

            3. Only Show Labor Lines‌

              1. Selecting this option will not show parts info
