How to edit your Appointment Integrations Form in Pit Stop (Shop Website) using Account Manager

How To

  1. Log into your Account Management Portal - Click here for steps to log in

  2. From the Dashboard (initial login screen) 

    1. Select the Settings option from the top right of page

      1. On the left of the page under the Pit Stop heading

        1. Select the Appointment option

        2. There will be 3 Customizable fields visible

          1. The first is Display Address and Zip Code

          2. The second is Display Appointment Drop-off Checkbox

          3. The third is Display Appointment Drop Down List

        3. To Display Address and Zip Code

          1. When this is set, the address and zip code text fields will be displayed, and required for new customers

          2. Select the checkbox next to the Display Address and Zip Code header

          3. Deselect to hide the Address and Zip Code text fields

        4. To Display Appointment Drop-off Checkbox

          1. When this is set, the "I will be dropping off my vehicle" option will be displayed

          2. Select the checkbox next to the Display Appointment Drop-off Checkbox

          3. Deselect to hide the Display Appointment Checkbox

        5. To Display Appointment Drop Down List

          1. When this is set the custom appointment drop down list will be displayed

          2. To Add items to the Display Appointment drop down list

            1. Select Edit Drop Down List Items button

            2. Select the Add Item button,  From the pop up menu "Edit Items"

            3. Fill in the Description text field with the appropriate item you would like to add

            4. Select Ok to add and Cancel to cancel

            5. Select Close to close window

          3. To Edit items on the Display Appointment Drop Down List

            1. Select the Edit Drop Down List Items button

            2. Select the radio button to that corresponds with the list item you would like to edit, From the pop up menu "Edit Items"

            3. Select the Edit Item button, From the pop-up menu "Edit Items"

            4. In the Description text field type in name of the item you wish to display

            5. Select Ok to add and Cancel to cancel

            6. Select Close to close the window

          4. To Delete Items on the Display Appointment Drop Down List

            1. Select the Edit Drop Down List Items button

            2. Select the radio button to that corresponds with the list item you would like to delete, From the pop-up menu "Edit Items"

            3. Select the Remove Item button, From the pop-up menu "Edit Items"

            4. Select Ok to Remove and Cancel to cancel

            5. Select Close to close the window

          5. To Change the Display Order

            1. Select the Edit Drop Down List Items button

            2. Drag and drop the listed items to show your preferred listed items order

            3. Select the Save Items Display Order button

            4. You will have a confirmation in green on the Edit Items pop up

            5. Select Close to close the window

  3. Proceed to your shop's website to verify Changes
