Customer List For One-Time Campaigns

The customer list on a one time campaign shows you how many customers campaign will be sending to and who those customers are.

Below When We Send This Campaign? on any one-time campaign you will find a Customer List which shows every customer that the campaign will be sent to using the current filter parameters.

A customer list is not available on continuous campaigns because continuous campaign will send automatically on a daily basis to customers who meet the trigger criteria on that day.

 

You can uncheck customers from the customer list to exclude them from that campaign.

Unchecking customers must be done within the same session that you send the campaign. If you exit the campaign editor screen and re-enter it, or if the page refreshes, the Customer List re-loads without previous unchecks saved. If you would like to prevent one specific customer from ever receiving that particular campaign it is best to use the steps in How Do I Unsubscribe A Customer From One Specific Campaign?
