In the Messaging Center you have access to a customer info preview panel, this basically gives you an overview of information that would be found on the Customer Profile “at a glance” from the Messaging Center.

How to open the preview panel
When you have a conversation with a customer open in the Messaging Center you will see an arrow on the top right that points outward
Once you click on that arrow it will open the customer information preview panel
Information available in the preview panel
From the customer info panel you will see information like Spending, Visits, Upcoming Appointments, Contact Information, and Vehicle Information. You can click on the customer name in blue at the top of the panel to open the full customer profile. For more information on the customer profile please see How Do I See A Customer's Profile?
If that customer has previously left you a Google review and the system is able to match the review to the customer then that previous rating will be found at the top right of the panel.
There are also Subscribe options available from the customer info panel so customers can be easily unsubscribed from the messaging center.
