How to view customer and vehicle information from Pro Call

How To


  1. Double Click a phone call transaction that has a green "person" icon

  2. The Customer/Vehicle details screen will open with all the data you need to have an informed conversation with the customer who is calling in including:

    1. Customer name, address, and email

    2. A snippet of the customer spending

    3. List of Vehicles Owned

      1. The color of the vehicle's icon indicates, at a glance, how recently the vehicle has been serviced.

        1. Hover over the icon to see the date of the last service for that vehicle

    4. Notice the text color of the Vehicle

      1. If the text is green, that means there are recommendations for that vehicle.

        1. Double Click to view the recommendations for that vehicle.
