      Things To Note

      • If there have been previous inspections conducted, the most recent insurance information and mileage will be automatically populated.

      How To

      1. Open Mitchell/Shopkey

      2. Open the Work order that you wish to do an inspection for

      3. Click on the Pro Pack button to launch the Pro Pack menu

      4. Click on MV-431 to launch it

      5. Be sure the sticker number automatically selected in MV431 matches the sticker applied to the vehicle

      6. Complete all of the required fields

        1. If any discrepancies arise with the data, a notification will appear on the verification screen.

      7. Submit the sticker to the book

      8. Ensure the labor line has been properly updated with the information
