This article will guide you through how to create and edit your message templates for Quick Message in Message Manager Pro
Things To Note
-
Quick Message sends a text message to the last customer that you have accessed in your Shop Management System, NOT to the customer that you have highlighted in Message Manager Pro. Make sure your messages are going to the intended recipient.
-
You can modify a prebuilt message or create your own message to be sent through the Quick Message feature.
-
Wild Cards are terms in brackets [ ] that will automatically fill in specific information from your Shop Management System database (like your customer’s name, appointment dates, and so on) into your prewritten message.
-
In addition to being able to create your own, Bolt on Technology has placed a number of prebuilt message templates in Message Manager Pro, for your shop to use as they are, or edit to give them your own shop’s personal feel.
