Creating a New Appointment when answering a call in Pro Call

How To

  1. From the Customer Detail screen that opens when you answer a call

    1. Select the vehicle that the appointment is for

    2. Select the Create Appointment icon just above the vehicle info.

    3. The New Appointment window opens with customer and vehicle info already filled in

      1. Choose the appointment category from the Category drop-down list.

      2. Enter the estimated hours for the appointment

      3. Enter any notes related to the appointment

      4. Select the OK button
