Creating a New Appointment when answering a call in Pro Call
How To

From the Customer Detail screen that opens when you answer a call

Select the vehicle that the appointment is for
-
Select the Create Appointment icon just above the vehicle info.

The New Appointment window opens with customer and vehicle info already filled in
-
Choose the appointment category from the Category drop-down list.

Enter the estimated hours for the appointment

Enter any notes related to the appointment

Select the OK button
