Create an Appointment via Pro Call

Using Pro Call to create a new Appointment

How To

  1. From the Customer Detail screen that opens when you answer a call

  2. Select the vehicle that the appointment is for

  3. Select the Create Appointment icon just above the vehicle info. (The New Appointment window opens with customer and vehicle info already filled in)

  4. Select the category for the appointment from the category drop down list

  5. Enter the estimated hours of the appointment

  6. Enter any notes related to the appointment

  7. Select the OK button
