Things like Oil Change Reminders or After Visit Follow Ups will include Trigger settings on the Campaign Edit screen.
When creating a continuous campaign you will be required to set Triggers
A Trigger is what will prompt the system to send a customer that specific campaign.
For example, if you set a trigger for Any Visit and set “How long after…” for 2 in the first box and Days in the second box, then the campaign will send to the customer two days after their repair order closes.
First you will need to select what the Trigger is


Each type will have different additional settings for the trigger. These are customizable for whatever you want the time frame to be.
