Workflow Manager filters can be adjusted as needed

All shops have their own systems in place so there is a fair amount of flexibility in how you can set Workflow Manager and use it. It is best to look at all options offered and determine how you want Workflow to work in your shop. You can always go back and make adjustments as needed.
- For Mitchell1/Shopkey users - the list of statuses displayed in Workflow Manager are the statuses available in your management system. Statuses that are added, deleted, or edited in Workflow Manager will also be updated in Mitchell1/Shopkey.
How To

Open your Report Pro software

Select the Workflow tab at the bottom of your Report Pro software

From the Workflow Manager

Select the SETTINGS tab at the top of Report Pro

Select the WorkFlow Statuses icon from the Report Pro header menu

From the Workflow Status Management pop-up window
-
To Add a Status
-
Select the Add button
-
From the Workflow Status Editor
-
Type in the name of the new status in the Status text field
-
Select the Work Order Time Status Alert checkbox to set an amount of time a vehicle should be in this status
- Deselect it to disable time frames.

Select the time frame desired for this status by adjusting the time next to the Minutes header

Select Ok to save

To Edit a Status

Select the Status to edit

Select the Edit button

From the Workflow Status Editor

Update the name of the new status in the Status text field

Use the Work Order Time Status Alert checkbox to set an amount of time a vehicle should be in this status or disable it

Set the time frame desired for the status by adjusting the time next to the Minutes header

Select Ok to save

To Delete a Status
-
Select the Status to delete

Select the Delete button
-
From the Report Pro pop-up window

Select Yes to delete
-
Select No to cancel

Select OK to finish
