Configure Score Card Rules

How to configure your Score Card rules in Report Pro

Things To Note

  • Inspection Manager helps you quickly find and sort all of your inspections

  • You can filter results by clicking on the column headers

  • The Score Card allows you to monitor your employee's inspections and make sure they are up to the standards you set

How To

  1. Open your Report Pro software

  2. Select the Settings tab in the header of your Report Pro software

    1. Select the Inspection Options button from the header menu

    2. From the Inspection Settings pop-up

      1. Select the Rules/Score Card from the list view on the left

      2. Select the Enable Rules & Show Score Card On Inspection Complete checkbox to show the Score Card after an inspection is completed

      3. Select the Do Not Allow Completion Unless Inspection Passed Rule Check checkbox to not allow inspections to be completed till all of the rules are passed

      4. The next set of rules are broken down by color.  You can set the following rules for each color Red/Yellow/Green

        1. Require Technician recommendation on color points - select the checkbox for the color you want this to apply to. 

          1. Recommendations help drive revenue by letting your customers know what they should do about the notes your technicians have written

        2. Require Technician Note on color points - select the corresponding checkbox to set this active.

          1. Notes are important as they let the customer know the findings of your inspection

        3. Average Amount of Pictures Required - set this to the number of pictures you require for each color point. 

          1. Remember the more pictures you include in your inspections the more trust you build with your customers.  From our data it is recommended to have 10-15 pictures per inspection for the best results. 

      5. Select the Require Vehicle Picture checkbox to require that each inspection have a profile picture of each vehicle

    3. Select Save to save and Cancel to cancel your newly applied settings
