How to utilize and configure your Settings for Pro Call

How To

  1. Open Pro Call

    1. For more information on opening Pro Call please see Where Did My Pro Call Screen Go?
  2. Select the Settings tab

  3. Select your Shop Management System using the drop down menu

    1. Select your ODBC Data Source using the drop down menu.

      1. For a multi-location database, a LocationID field will appear. Please make sure to choose your specific location from the dropdown menu provided.

  4. Demo Mode - Select this radio button to allow for demonstrations and/or training

  5. Show Call Script On Incoming Call - Choose this option if you want the user answering the call to see the call script alongside the customer details when they select the incoming call notification.

  6. Select the Edit Call Script button to enter the script that you would like your staff to use when answering incoming calls (a new window opens)

  7. Set the length of time, in seconds, for how long the incoming call notification will be displayed on the screen for selection.
