For your customers to have the option to connect to you via a Zoom video chat you must be logged in to your Zoom account.

Notifications that a customer is waiting in your Lobby for a video chat will come from your Zoom account web page when you are logged into Zoom.

Log in to your Zoom account at https://zoom.us

Go to your profile page

Copy your meeting link
NOTE: You’ll find it right under your Personal Meeting ID.

Log in to your Bolt On Technology Account Management Portal, Click here for log in instructions

In Settings, select Users/Employees under the Account heading

Select the user you would like to update

Paste the Zoom link you copied in step 1-b above into your Zoom Meeting Room Url

Select OK to save changes
