How to configure a Zoom Integration for your User Profile

Things To Note

  • For your customers to have the option to connect to you via a Zoom video chat you must be logged in to your Zoom account.

  • Notifications that a customer is waiting in your Lobby for a video chat will come from your Zoom account web page when you are logged into Zoom.

How To

  1. Log in to your Zoom account at https://zoom.us

    1. Go to your profile page

    2. Copy your meeting link
      NOTE: You’ll find it right under your Personal Meeting ID.

  2. Log in to your Bolt On Technology Account Management Portal, Click here for log in instructions

    1. In Settings, select Users/Employees under the Account heading

    2. Select the user you would like to update

    3. Paste the Zoom link you copied in step 1-b above into your Zoom Meeting Room Url

    4. Select OK to save changes
