Workflow Manager filters can be adjusted as needed

Changing from one view mode to the other will change the current work order prioritization and the display appearance on ALL computers, not just the one where the setting is being changed.

Open your Report Pro software

Select the Workflow tab at the bottom of your Report Pro software

From the Workflow Manager

Select the SETTINGS tab at the top of Report Pro

Select the WorkFlow Settings icon from the Report Pro header menu

Technician & Status

This view gives you an overall view of your shop and its workflow.

The technician & status screen displays the most workflow information so you can easily drag and drop technicians onto jobs while identifying where any issues maybe hindering your workflow

This screen is compatible with Status Tracker, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their vehicle throughout the service process. A link can be sent via text early in the service visit, providing real-time updates for your customers.

This screen displays the basic information you need to monitor the technician’s workflow and does not integrate with Status Tracker.
