      Mobile Device Requirements, Compatible Hardware, and Labels

      A full listing of mobile device requirements as well as compatible hardware and labels for Mobile Manager Pro and Lube Sticker Pro.

      We’re here to make sure your experience is as seamless as possible and we understand how important it is to find hardware that matches your shop’s needs.  Our team has curated a selection of compatible options, offering a variety of choices to meet your specific needs and preferences.

      Tablets

      Mobile Devices (tablets/phones) - Minimum requirements
      •  Operating System: Android OS 7.0 to Android OS 14
        • Android OS 15 and above is not supported at this time
      • Processor: Quad Core
      • RAM: 2GB or more
      • Camera: 5 megapixel or better rear facing camera
        • We recommend that the rear camera have flash for better quality pictures - Alternatively, a LED Headlamp can be used
      • Storage: 16GB or more

      While the specifications listed above are the minimum requirements for installing Mobile Manager Pro, it's important to note that each device may have unique configurations that can impact the program's performance. Certain devices, including some Samsung models, may not support updates to newer versions of the Android operating system. If our minimum requirement for the Android OS changes in the future, devices that cannot be updated will be unable to run the latest version of Mobile Manager Pro.

      Since we cannot control those factors, we recommend the following devices and have included links for convenient purchasing options:

      When selecting a new tablet, it is important to ensure that the Android operating system DOES NOT update beyond Android 14. Some newer models may attempt to upgrade to versions beyond Android 14; however, we currently do not support any versions beyond Android 14.
