Colony Tire - ASA TireMaster Enterprise FTP Retention Pro Capabilities

This article is for the connection between Retention Pro and ASA Tiremaster

This integration is currently only available for Colony Tire Group. If you are a shop outside of this group and attempt to use this integration it will not work.

A feature request ticket will need to be submitted to build an integration with any other shop that is also using ASA Enterprise and wants to connect to Retention Pro.

 
ASA TireMaster FTP + CRM Capabilities

Colony Tire has a scheduled sync to send the previous day’s data to our shared FTP folder at around 4am every morning. Retention Pro runs a daily sync at 6am every morning to look for this new file and sync the data for all Colony locations.

Due to the limited data available in the file that is sent to our FTP folder each morning not all the features of Retention Pro are available. Below is a list of everything that is available.

  • Closed Repair Orders

    • Invoice Number

    • Line Items on repair orders

    • Parts and labor on repair orders

      • Parts number

    • We are not supplied any costs associated to repair orders.

      • Please note that this can cause margins in Retention Pro to be inaccurate.

  • Customers

    • Names

    • Address

    • Phone numbers

    • Email

      • Retention Pro can currently only support one email address per customer record. If multiple emails are supplied in the ASA file, we will display only the first in Retention Pro.

  • Vehicles

    • Make

    • Model

    • Year

    • License Plate

    • Mileage
