Canadian email and text limits

Retention Pro has filters built into the system to help protect the integrity of your marketing and outbound texting number.

In compliance with Canadian regulations regarding customer contact, we have introduced additional filtering that is automatically applied to all campaigns for our Canadian shops.

You cannot send text, email, or direct mail campaigns to customers that have not been in the shop for over 2 years (or 24 months, 104 weeks, or 730 days) 

Customers that fall into this category will be omitted from all campaigns.
