Canadian email and text limits
Retention Pro has filters built into the system to help protect the integrity of your marketing and outbound texting number.
To comply with Canadian customer contact regulations, additional filters are automatically applied to all campaigns for shops located in Canada.
You cannot send text, email, or direct mail campaigns to customers that have not been in the shop for over 2 years (or 24 months, 104 weeks, or 730 days), based on the date of their last visit in your management system. Any customer whose most recent visit falls outside this 2-year window will be automatically excluded from all outbound campaigns to help ensure your shop remains compliant with Canadian contact regulations.
