Can I track Area Mail?

Unfortunately we are unable to track area mail at this time.

The tracking functionality within Retention Pro is designed for our direct to customer mail pieces so it follows the pieces as they go that specific address and then monitors if that customer comes in after receiving that campaign.

With area mail you are sending to an entire area and not a specific address which is why the tracking differs. There would be no customer to relate the address and tracking to so the system is not able to display it.
