Billing Management and Payment Settings
The Billing section in Retention Pro is where you can update your credit card information, purchase points and access your invoices.

Please note that shop users cannot view their current active subscriptions on the Retention Pro Billing page. For more information on which subscriptions you currently have please call 610-400-1019 for Customer Support or use the Help option at the top of your screen and submit a request for us to provide that information to you.
Updating a credit card
To update your credit card information on the Billing screen, click Add credit card at the top right of the Payment Methods section.
Fill out all the areas on the pop-up form and click the blue Add Credit Card button.
Deleting a credit card
After you have added a new card you will not be able to delete the previous card from your end. To delete a card that is currently on file please call 610-400-1019 for Customer Support or use the Help option at the top of your screen and submit a request for us to delete it for you.
Purchasing Points
You can also purchase points for direct mail if you want to buy them in bulk at a discounted rate.
After you select the amount you want by clicking on the amount box to open a menu, you will click the green Purchase button next to the drop down menu.
Transaction / Invoice History
You can view, download and print all invoices in the transaction history area.
To make it easier to sort through your invoices for printing select Card Charges Only at the top right of the Transaction History section where it says Show All Transactions.

Click View next to the invoice you want to select, this will open a new tab,![]()
From there you can click on the Print Invoice button at the top right of the screen to open a print dialog box where you can either print or download the invoice.
Update billing email
If you need to change where the emailed copies of the invoices are going, you can put the new email in this area and click Update. The email address in this field will receive emailed copies of invoices for monthly subscription charges, manual points purchases, and automatic points purchases.
