Automatically Delete Old Recommendations

This article will guide you through how to enable the Automatically Delete Old Recommendations feature in your Lube Sticker Pro application

Things To Note

• This feature deletes recommendations made from the previous visit when creating new recommendations through Lube Sticker Pro.

• Enabling this feature is a great way to keep only recent and accurate recommendations on your customer’s orders. This can also help prevent you from having too many recommendations add up in your Shop Management System’s recommendations section.

• The Automatically Delete Old Recommendations feature will be unable to delete automatically made recommendations if you change the text used to create those recommendations. Lube Sticker Pro uses that text to search for the old recommendations in order to delete them. If you change this text, old recommendations must be manually deleted.

How To

1. From Lube Sticker Pro

   1. Select the Settings tab from the top menu

   2. Select the Recommendations box on the left side of the menu

      1. Click to enable Delete Old Recommendations checkbox

2. Click Save & Close
