Automatically add the next oil change recommendation

Things To Note

• Auto Add Recommendation does not import recommendations that were entered manually in your shop management system; it only uses recommendations created within the software.

How To

1. To edit the automated recommendation going back into your management system, first open Lube Sticker Pro

2. If you do not already have a work order open, you will need to select one to access the main Lube Sticker Pro window.
3. From the main Lube Sticker Pro window select Settings at the top

4. Select Recommendations from the left side menu

   1. Auto Add Recommendation:  Lube Sticker Pro will automatically add an LOF recommendation for the date and mileage calculated by the Lube Sticker Pro software.

      1. Note - Auto Add Recommendation will not import manually entered recommendations from your shop management system, it only uses recommendations created in the software.

   2. Recommendation   This must match your shop management system. 
      Place the matching text in the provided box, this is what will appear on the vehicle's recommendations/service requests in the management system.

   3. Delete Old Recommendations   Allows the system to remove old LOF recommendations as new ones are completed, preventing duplicate reminders and keeping the vehicle’s recommendation list current.

5. Click the Save & Close button in the left menu to save all changes or they will be lost.
