If a customer responds with one of these words or phrases they will be automatically unsubscribed from text marketing in our system.
We do have automatic responses programmed into the system that will automatically mark a customer as unsubscribed from texting (only from texting and not email or direct mail) as an extra measure to prevent spam complaints.
If your customer replies with one of these words or phrases they will be unsubscribed from text marketing.
Please note that the word "Cancel" is on this list. If you use our appointment reminder text messages you will want to avoid prompting customer to respond with the word "Cancel".

When will they show as unsubscribed?
Text messages are immediately blocked to the customer upon receipt of any of the above phrases and unsubscribe status will reflect on the customer's profile the following day.
This happens typically at around 1am Eastern time in our system. So, for example, if a customer replies with "Stop" at 8:30am on Tuesday the unsubscribe status would reflect on their customer profile after 1-2am on Wednesday.
“Blacklist rule” Error
You will receive this error if you try to text a customer that has texted any of the above
