Open your Report Pro software

Select the Workflow tab at the bottom of your Report Pro software

From the Workflow Manager

Select the Workflow Filters footer to expand filtering options

Filter By Repair Phase
-
Deselecting any of the three repair phases will hide those corresponding repair orders from view in your Workflow Manager window.

For example; you can prevent invoices from appearing in the window since they are effectively finished. If the invoice is printed, the customer called, and it’s waiting for pick up; why should it take up real estate in your workflow window? Deselect the invoice icon to hide invoices from your workflow, helping to streamline your view.

Select a Phase to display

Filter By Technician

If your shop works in teams, or you have specific technicians to monitor, deselect the checkbox next to the technician(s) name you do not need to watch. This allows you to focus only on those that you want to watch.

Select a checkbox next to a technician's name to watch their status

Filter By Service Advisor

Each advisor can monitor their own workload by deselecting any other advisors that may be working along with them, keeping their workflow display as simple as possible.

To monitor multiple Service Advisors, simply check the boxes next to the names of the Service Writers you wish to view.

Filter By Status

Remove any status by deselecting the checkbox next to the status that you do not need to monitor.

For example; you may have a Sublet status but there are no sublets being currently used. Uncheck the Sublet option to clear your workflow view, and simply check it again when a sublet is in use.

To Monitor a status select the checkbox next to the appropriate status
