How to apply filters to your Workflow Manager View in Report Pro

Open your Report Pro software

Select the Workflow tab at the bottom of your Report Pro software

From the Workflow Manager

Select the Workflow Filters footer to expand filtering options

Filter By Repair Phase
-
Deselecting any of the three repair phases will hide those corresponding repair orders from view in your Workflow Manager window.

For example, you can hide invoices from the window once they’re effectively finished. If the invoice is printed, the customer has been called, and it’s just waiting for pickup, deselect the invoice icon so it doesn’t take up space in your workflow and your view stays streamlined.

Select a Phase to display

Filter By Technician

If your shop works in teams or you only need to track certain technicians, deselect any technician(s) you don’t need to monitor.

Select a checkbox next to a technician's name to watch their status

Filter By Service Advisor

Each advisor can track their own workload by deselecting other advisors, keeping their workflow view simple.

To monitor multiple Service Advisors, simply check the boxes next to the names of the Service Writers you wish to view.

Filter By Status

Remove any status by deselecting the checkbox next to the status that you do not need to monitor.

For example; you may have a Sublet status but no sublets are currently being used. Uncheck Sublet to clear your workflow view and check it again when a sublet is in use.

To Monitor a status select the checkbox next to the appropriate status
