We have two styles of editors available for creating email campaigns within Retention Pro, Standard and Advanced.

To access the advanced email editor click this button on the top on the email campaign
With the advanced editor you can drag and drop columns, buttons, images and more.
Once you have dragged over what you want you can click that box and a sub menu will open on the side.
In this example for image, you can add an image, add an action and more.
Each content piece will have different options for you to use.
At the bottom you will see this image
The options available are: Undo, Redo, Preview, Desktop view and Mobile view
