Adding A Phone Number In A Text Campaign
We have been asked before about adding a shop's phone number into a text campaign, we do not generally recommend this.
Should I add a phone number to this Campaign?
We generally do not recommend adding a phone number in a campaign text message, mostly to prevent confusion. It can also seem less authentic and personal.
Rest assured, when a customer calls you on your Retention Pro texting line (the phone number that is used to send the message to them) they will be automatically routed to the shop number you used when signing up so you won’t miss any calls. Plus, you’ll have the added benefit of call tracking in Retention Pro for any of those calls.
