Adding or Editing My Payment Processors for Bolt On Pay

How to Add and Edit the payment processing service your shop uses

How To

1. Log into your Account Management Portal, Click Here for steps to log in.

2. Upon log in you will be directed to the Settings page.

   1. You can access the settings page at any time by clicking the 3 lines at the upper right.

3. Select Payment Processors under the Bolt on Pay section

   1. NOTE: Bolt on Pay set up will need to be completed by Bolt On Technology Support

4. To Activate a Bolt On Pay Integration

   1. If Adding a New Processor

      1. Click the circle Plus icon (+) at the bottom right

         1. This will prompt you to select a Payment Processor:  

            1. 360 Payments  

            2. Basys  

            3. Card Knox  

            4. CardConnect  

            5. Demo  

            6. Global Payments  

            7. Gravity  

            8. Hot Rod  

            9. IntelliPay  

            10. Tilled  

            11. TransNational Payments  

            12. World Net Payments

      2. Select the correct Processor

      3. Fill in the fields requested

         1. Each processor will require specific information

      4. Click Ok to save

      5. The Processor will show a Green Active

   2. To Activate a Previous Processor

      1. Click the 3 Dots to the right of the processor

      2. Select Set Active

         1. This will show processor as Green and Active

   3. To Deactivate a Processor

      1. Click the 3 Dots to the right of the Processor

      2. Select Set Inactive

         1. The Processor will show a Gray Inactive
