How to add or delete a Part on an order

Things To Note

  • Parts should be set up in your shop management system to use a barcode scanner or auto populate features

  • You can still add parts manually for each order if they are not set up

  • You can take pictures of the parts for reference

How To

  1. Open Mobile Manager Pro on tablet

    1. Select the desired vehicle from list view

    2. Select the order from the tabbed view

      1. Select the plus sign from action bar

      2. Select Part from popup menu

      3. You can either manually enter the part or use the barcode scanner

        1. To use the Barcode Scanner

          1. Select the barcode icon next to Part No.

            1. The part must have been set up in your shop management system ahead of time for information to populate

          2. Scan barcode of desired item to add to order

          3. The information will populate in all fields

          4. Select the camera icon  

            1. Take a picture of the desired part for reference then select ok to attach picture

          5. Select the back arrow - the part will now be visible under the order tab

        2. To manually enter a part

          1. Type or Voice to Text the part number into the Part No text field

            1. The part must have been set up in your shop management system ahead of time for information to populate

            2. If it has not been set up continue below to manually enter the part for the order

          2. Type or Voice to Text your shops reference number into the Reference No text field

          3. Select the Quantity you wish to add to the order

          4. Edit or Enter the Description of Part

          5. Select the camera icon

            1. Take a picture of the desired part for reference then select ok to attach picture

          6. Select the back arrow - the part will now be visible under the order tab
