Adding and Removing Dates on the “Do-Not-Schedule Dates & Holidays” in Lube Sticker Pro

Things to Note

  • Lube Sticker Pro lets you set shop closed days. No appointments can be booked on those days.

  • We recommend that you review the list of existing dates to confirm they’re correct and determine whether you need to add/remove any dates.

  • Federal holidays with fixed dates for the next ten years are built in. You’ll need to add “floating” holidays like Thanksgiving, in-house training, and shop vacations each year.

How To

  1. From the Lube Sticker Pro main window

    1. If you do not already have a work order open, you will need to select one to access the main Lube Sticker Pro window.
  2. Select the Settings Tab at the top (The Lube Sticker Pro settings window opens)

  3. On the left panel navigation select the Appointments option

    1. At the bottom of Appointments is the section Do-Not-Schedule Dates & Holidays.

    2. To Add A Holiday
      1. Select the Add button (The Select Date window opens)

      2. Select the date you would like to add by clicking the drop down arrow next to the date box and navigating to the date you would like to add. 

        1. Or manually type it in using your keyboard

      3. Select the date you would like to add (It will populate to the date box)

        1. Confirm the correct date appears in the box; if not, select it again.

      4. Select the OK button (You are returned to the Appointments settings window)

    3. To Remove A Holiday
      1. In the list of dates, select the date you would like to remove (The selected date will highlight in yellow)
      2. Select the Remove button
      3. Repeat those two steps for all dates that you would like to remove

Important! In the left side panel navigation click on Save & Close or all your changes will be lost!
