Adding a Symptom for Work Orders in Mobile Manager Pro

Things To Note:

  • This only applies to Mitchell1 Teamworks/Shopkey users

How To:

  1. From the Mobile Manager Order screen

  2. Select the Plus symbol in the Activity bar

  3. Select  Add Symptom

    1. A list of symptoms from your management system is displayed. If you do not see the symptom you need, first add it as a symptom in your management system or look it up in Pro Demand for an OEM standard symptom

  4. Select the symptom you would like to add to the order or the Cancel button to return to the order without adding.
