Access + Edit Settings for Mobile Manager Pro

Things To Note

These settings must be configured on your server or host computer.

How To

Server Configuration

Open Report Pro on your Shop Management Systems data host computer
Select the Settings tab
Select Mobile Config
1. The Mobile Config window opens
2. Verify that the computer names are populated for printing Lube Stickers, Key Tags and Invoices
From Mobile Manager Pro
Select the Options Menu button to show its menu option
Select the Settings option from the menu
On this screen you will need to manually input the IP Address and Port Number displayed on the Report Pro "Mobile Config" window above the QR Code.
Tap the fields for the IP Address and Port in your Mobile Manager Settings to enter the information shown on the Mobile Config screen. After entering the details, click the magnifying glass icon next to the IP Address to establish the connection.

Status Automation

Automatically change the order status when certain actions are performed

Work Order Created

Automatically set the work order status when it’s created from Mobile Manager Pro. This makes new orders easier to spot on the work-in-progress screen in your management system.

Select the lookup button to the right of the Work Order Created line
From your shop management system’s status list, choose the status you want applied automatically when you create an estimate from Mobile Manager Pro.
If you do not see an appropriate status - create one in your shop management system and then return to step 1

Inspection Created

Automatically update the work order status when a Digital Multi Point Inspection (DMPI) is created. This makes orders with a DMPI easier to identify on the work-in-progress screen in your management system.

Select the lookup button to the right of the Inspection Created line
From your shop management system’s status list, choose the status you want applied automatically when you create a Multi Point Inspection for the order.
If you do not see an appropriate status - create one in your shop management system and then return to step 1

Inspection Completed

Automatically update the work order status when a Digital Multi Point Inspection (DMPI) is marked complete. This makes orders that need their DMPIs reviewed easier to find on the work-in-progress screen in your management system.

Select the lookup button to the right of the Inspection Completed line
From your shop management system’s status list, choose the status you want applied automatically when you complete an Inspection in Mobile Manager Pro
If you do not see an appropriate status - create one in your shop management system and then return to step 1

Printers

Use this section to enable your tablet to print lube stickers, key tags, and invoices from Mobile Manager Pro. For best results, apply these settings by scanning the QR Code in Mobile Config.

Lube Sticker Computer Name
Enter the name of the computer that has the lube sticker printer connected to it.

KeyTag Computer Name
Enter the name of the computer that has the key tag printer connected to it.

Report Pro Computer Name (for printing estimates/invoices)
Enter the name of the computer that has the Report Pro Quick Invoice and Quick Vehicle settings configured.

ProDemand / ShopKey Pro

This is the section where you enter your credentials for ProDemand or ShopKeyPro for integration of the ProDemand/ShopKey Pro features from the Order tab in Mobile Manager Pro. In addition to the data being transferred to the repair order, pictures are also added for fast reference right from the Order tab in Mobile Manager Pro

Select the Enter Account Credentials
The Login screen opens
Select the account that you have
1. ProDemand
2. ShopKeyPro
Enter your Account ID on the first line
Enter your password on the second line
Select the OK button
Optionally check off Automatically add recent TSBs to new work orders

Repair Information

Use this section to select the repair information providers you subscribe to and want to access from the Vehicle tab of an order in Mobile Manager Pro. Functionality of the websites on devices is not controlled by Mobile Manager Pro; it will deliver the data to the website for quick access to the right information.

ProDemand
Check this box if you have an active subscription and would like to access this data from Mobile Manager Pro

ShopKeyPro
Check this box if you have an active subscription and would like to access this data from Mobile Manager Pro

Alldata Repair
Check this box if you have an active subscription and would like to access this data from Mobile Manager Pro
